Awareness of Your Breath
"Be aware of your breath right this moment, stop reading my words and breathe. Take 3 slow, deep breaths. Now come back and read the following:

I had a wonderful time teaching two classes at Columbia University yesterday. Michael and I taught about the Anatomy of the Soul and led students in a meditation to experience the different vibratory levels of their own Soul.
